MUSCLE RECOVERY- Geared towards chronic or acute pain issues.  Our goal is to target areas causing you pain and get to the bottom of the cause.  We often work not just the muscles, but the attachments, ligaments and fascia that contribute to many pain issues.
SIMPLY SWEDISH- Created for those who enjoy a soft flow and light touch.  A more traditional approach without any focused work or deep massage.
MIGRAINE HEADACHE RELIEF- A highly specialized appointment geared specifically to targeting often overlooked muscles that cause pain referral into the head and muscular headaches/migraines.  Includes hot pack, cold stones and essential oils formulated to help with active or preventative relief.
PRENATAL- As a family owned business, we will never upcharge your prenatal massage.  You need it just as much as ever!  Your therapist will be trained in proper techniques and we will have a comfortable prenatal cushion ready to go.
CLINICAL HOT STONE- We use hot stones as tools, not just for a spa-like warmth.  We move them until some heat has been properly absorbed before strategically placing them where needed while we work.  It's a blend of targeted heat and hands on technique for deeper relief.
JUST A TOUCH UP- A focused 25 minute session designed for regular clients who might need a quick fix between full sessions.  Whether it's a minor neck tweak from sleeping wrong, or extra care weekly to stay on top of your progress, this is a perfect mini session for targeted work without needing the full massage.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE- Our highly specialized Clinical Lymphatic Drainage session distinctly focuses on gently opening the lymph channels and guiding fluid toward the heart following natural lymphatic pathways.  This technique is not the standard in massage therapy, and requires extensive continued training to provide an informed approach in supporting your lymphatic system.  Great for post surgical swelling and water retention.
COUPLES MASSAGE- Our couples massage allows you and your partner to enjoy any of our massage services in the same room at no additional cost.  Invest in both of your well being side by side.  Relax, rejuvenate and support each other's health journey more often.
