Refund Policy -
At Muscle Precision Therapy, all services and packages are generally non-refundable. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and once a service has been provided, we do not offer refunds. This includes no-show and late cancel fees, as each appointment takes a slot that we likely cannot fill at that point. We do still pay our therapists for their time when this occurs.
Memberships- Our easy memberships have no long term commitment. You can cancel or freeze them for up to 60 days at any time. You only need to ask us, and we will do it for you. We do not offer refunds on past payments for you membership. This locks in a lower rate for you to enjoy. Each credit expires 1 year from the date of purchase.
Passes- these packages offer our lowest possible rates on massage. They expire 2 years from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds on these.
Classpass- Classpass is paid by you directly, and we are paid by Classpass when you use their service. We cannot offer refunds for an appointment made through this App.
Groupon- This is a third party that you pay directly for a coupon. We are not paid by Groupon unless the client has provided us with a Redeem Code, and we have redeemed it. We cannot refund anything paid to Groupon directly, and we cannot refund used Vouchers. Our 24 hour cancelation policy also applies of either 50% of our regular prices, or redeeming your code to cover the missed appointment.
That said, we care about our clients and the quality of care we provide. In select situations, we may choose to offer a refund or partial refund at our discretion. These situations are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
